At [Novacart] we want you to love your jewelry purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings that have been worn

Personalized or custom-made jewelry

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
